Customer Service Representative
to join our team in
Markham
for an immediate full-time position.
Full-time ?44 hours per week
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support via phone, email and online messages for our online and offline channels and customers;
Receive and answer customer inquiries and concerns, including requests for product information, promotion details, order tracking, issue resolution, and general information;
Process and enter information with our in-house Oracle ERP System,
Provide after sale service and prepare RMA paperwork for the shipping department if need;
Proactively engage customers to assist in order completion;
Liaise with individuals in other departments as necessary in order to better serve customers;
Keep updating in-depth knowledge of current and upcoming products;
Develop and maintain customer relationships and loyalty
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of relevant customer service experience;
High school diploma or higher;
Fluent in English (spoken and written) is required
; French language skills are a strong asset;
Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service orientation;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Good organizational skills and time management;
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Oracle ERP is an asset;
Ability to be flexible, proactive, and exercise sound judgment and discretion.
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual salary of $44,000 - $50,000 (based on experience);
Monthly performance bonuses available after probation;
4% vacation pay;
