Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality of customer information. Utilize analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services. Promote upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and drive sales. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall service delivery.

Experience

Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred, with a strong emphasis on bilingual communication (English/French). Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies is advantageous. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail are essential. Excellent analysis skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our capacity to serve a broader range of customers.
