The small customer service team is friendly and fun, and builds strong relationships with our customers and members. In this role, YOU WILL: \xc2\xb7 Work with clients on dairy cattle registrations, transfer, and genotyping procedures \xc2\xb7 Request DNA genotypes and pedigrees from foreign herd-books. \xc2\xb7 Answer customer questions and share information about our services \xc2\xb7 Handle parentage requests and resolution problems / disputes \xc2\xb7 Complete supporting paperwork and data entry as required. \xc2\xb7 Process invoices for memberships, magazine ads, and other service /product suppliers \xc2\xb7 Ensure client files are updated and accurate, using a custom software \xc2\xb7 Promote and be a resource for Holstein Canada services and programs \xc2\xb7 Interact professionally and respectfully with customers and team \xc2\xb7 Actively participate in team, corporate events and training YOU OFFER: \xc2\xb7 Bilingual (French/English), written and spoken \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with the dairy industry \xc2\xb7 Post-secondary education and/or equivalent \xc2\xb7 1-2 years experience providing quality customer service \xc2\xb7 Effective time management, including the ability to prioritize, organize, multi-task, and problem solve \xc2\xb7 Able to work independently and in a team, a problem solver and have attention to detail \xc2\xb7 Passion for providing positive, proactive customer service \xc2\xb7 Strong communication, teamwork, interpersonal skills \xc2\xb7 Ability to think quickly and respond effectively WE OFFER: \xc2\xb7 A full-time hybrid permanent position \xc2\xb7 A competitive salary and benefit package \xc2\xb7 Fitness reimbursements \xc2\xb7 A tight-knit team \xc2\xb7 An opportunity for Training and growth \xc2\xb7 The chance to play an important role in the Canadian Dairy industry Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $24.00-$30.00 per hour Benefits:
