Bilingual Customer Service Representativ
Job Description
Do you speak French? Bilingual One is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a medical devices company in Mississauga
Salary: 55-65K
Are you someone with experience in order management from a medical company? That's what were looking for.
2 weeks' vacation
RRSP + Benefits from day 1
SAP is definitely an asset for this role
This is not a call center! It's a small team of 5 people
Less than 20 calls and 50 emails per day between 2 or 3 employees
M - F 8:30 to 5pm
Training is in office for around 1 month
Then it goes hybrid, 3 days/week in office
They will also have to go to the United States for 1 week as part of the training
Need to be fully vaccinated
(French/English is a must)
