We are seeking a Bilingual (French) Account Specialist, Collections to join the team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service experiences to our customers. You will manage customer concerns, settle disputes, and resolve customer discrepancies all while maintaining and deepening our relationships with customers to maintain client loyalty. The right person will have good Judgement, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to problem-solve and influence to find a mutually beneficial solution.

You will have flexibility to remote work from home with the expectations that you will need to attend events and training at our contact center location as needed.

The successful individual will:

  • build effective customer relationships and are the expert to talk to
  • be a team player and contribute towards the company's success
  • work well under pressure and effectively deal with all clients
  • Ideally has experience in a Call Centre in the Financial Industry
You MUST be Bilingual in FRENCH and ENGLISH to be considered.

Permanent Opportunity
Rotational shift schedule
$45,760 annual salary ($21/$22 an hour)
$1000 sign on bonus ($500 at the 6 month mark, and $500 at the 12 month mark)
Benefits from day 1 (health and dental)
Company RRSP program

Start date: October 11th 2022
Training Hours: Mon - Fri 9:00am - 5:00pm for 4 weeks

Responsibilities
  • Respond to high volume telephone calls from internal and external clients
  • Must be able to accurately work with our customers to determine the appropriate repayment options.
  • Process payments through online payment tools
  • Make decisions to facilitate the client's request while multi-tasking
  • Resolve complaints from clients- within the guidelines provided.
  • Focus on building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients, potential clients and merchants
  • Update basic information received from clients, such as address changes, account information etc.

Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience in Call Centre or Retail or Banking
- Tech Savvy
- Financial or Banking industry and experience with Merchants an asset
- Flexible to work rotational shifts between:
Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 10:30pm
Friday: 8:00am - 8:00pm
Saturday from 9am - 5:00pm

- Schedule 2 weeks in advance
- Must have high-speed Internet with Ethernet
- Start date October 11th, 2022
