This Bilingual Customer Service (hybrid) Position Features:
$25hr- temp to perm
Hours 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm
Mississauga - Hybrid 4 days in office!
*Social committee with monthly events like picnics
*Cafeteria with a chef on-site
*Gym on-site
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
\xc2\xb7 Addressing customer and sales representative calls and inquiries - PHONE AND EMAILS
\xc2\xb7 Order processing
\xc2\xb7 Credit & Debit processing
\xc2\xb7 Complaint handling & resolution
\xc2\xb7 Documenting interactions in Salsa
\xc2\xb7 Identify areas and processes requiring improvements and make recommendations for improvements
\xc2\xb7 Form partnerships with internal & external customers
\xc2\xb7 Other duties and projects as assigned
\xc2\xb7 Various clerical duties as required
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
\xc2\xb7 Customer Service experience - ~ 1 year
\xc2\xb7 Fluently bilingual in English and French (oral & written) a must
\xc2\xb7 Strong communication and organization skills
\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in a high volume fast paced environment
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word) with SAP experience a definite asset
Experience in pharmaceutical, medical etc would be an asset but NOT mandatory
