What Does the Role Do?

The Bilingual Customer Service Generalist Role is a versatile role that will be trained on a wide-range of activities in both warehouse operations and in directly serving our customers.

If you would enjoy variety in your day; serving customer over the Phones, through Email, or at our Retail Counter, while also spending time actually picking and packaging these orders, than this is the job for you.

Here are the main activities of the role:

Customer Service Activities

Provide best-in-class customer service through our channels. This can include over the phones, through email, at our retail counter, and soon through e-commerce!

Warehouse Operations Activities

In addition to directly serving Customers, you will spend a portion of your time on your feet in warehouse operations.

This can include picking orders, preparing shipments and re-stocking inventory.

You will also learn about our Products and Services

At our retail counter or receiving area, you will acquire knowledge on how to identify our basic product categories: screws, bolts, washers, and nuts.

Spaenaur's onboarding program will guide you through completing these activities. We operate Monday to Friday. No weekend work!

Job Requirements:
