Warth Canada is searching for experienced customer service and sales professionals to join this growing team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager you will be an integral part of the customer service team within Wurth Canada. You will be responsible for:
  • Receiving customer inquiries and sales via Phone, Chat, Email, Social & SMS including supporting our eShop online customer inquires
  • Reviewing warm customer leads and qualifying them
  • Reviewing and processing special orders and inquiries
  • Facilitating and support delivery related requests
  • Provide necessary product related information
  • Striving to upselling and cross-sell on every call
What we are looking for:
  • Ability to Multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational skills in task management
  • Effective communication and customer management skills
  • Ability to remain objective in stressful situations
  • Past experience in customer service and sales (ideally in a tele sales environment)
  • Experience in CRM/Ticketing systems (examples: // Microsoft Dynamics, Zendesk, SAP,etcaEUR)
  • Fully proficient in other Microsoft Office suite (word, powerpoint etc.)
  • Bilingual English/French
