As the company is expanding they are hiring an additional Bilingual Customer Analyst to join its team.

About the role: Bilingual Customer Analyst

  • Our client has adopted a hybrid return-to-office model. This role will require you to work in the Markham office location 1-2 days per week.
  • Handle all telephone demand & email inquiries from brokerages and internal stakeholders for system access inquiries, support requests, and guidance inquiries
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service based on communication, professionalism, timeliness and accuracy of technical information provided
  • Log requests, follow up on outstanding items, and provide instructions and status updates to users
  • Create/modify/remove system access as requested
  • Maintain knowledge of supporting systems, and provide cross-training (as needed)
  • Prioritize and manage multiple requests based on urgency/impact of request for further investigation and/or solution
  • Identify trends with brokers, taking the lead to work with the BD team on training
  • Ability to effectively handle all Broker & customer requests end to end
  • Stay updated and informed of all Broker communication and changes in guidelines & technology
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting & identify the root cause of technical issues where applicable
About you:
  • Fully bilingual in English and French
  • Open to a hybrid working environment with 1-2 days in the Markham office
  • College diploma or University degree
  • Experience with inbound calls or in a call center environment would be an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-focused and able to match products to customers\' needs
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize your workload
