Are you a master in collaborative planning and forecasting?Agilus is recruiting for a Bilingual Collaborative Planning Forecasting Replenishment (CPFR) Analayst in the Home Improvement industry. During this one year contract term, you will enhance the relationship and long term reputation of the company with the Customer through effective collaboration on customer supply chain and replenishment activity, executed to ensure mutually agreed upon KPI targets are met for in-stocks, inventory, and forecast at store and Distribution Center level. A typical day:

• Communicates in French and English on daily/weekly basis with customer (in the French language) and account managers to ensure alignment
• Supports and leads collaborative meetings between the customer, sales, and supply chain
• Maintains optimal outbound Service, In-stocks, and Inventory levels in accordance with metrics
• Continuously reviews customer data, analyzes activity, and identifies actionable trends to meet inventory and in-stock targets

Successful candidates will have:

• Ability to analyze and identify root cause of warehouse and retail inventory and in-stock issues and makes recommendations for resolution to Customer
• Experience to monitor customer forecasts and inventory using CPFR processes at store and warehouse level
• Strength in delivering flawless execution of promotional events at store level
• Expertise to investigate and communicate in-stock and availability issues and demand variation and identifies actions to correct
• Is fully bilingual in French and English

An ideal candidate has:

• Bachelors degree, logistics, data, business, finance or related field
• 2 - 3 years analytical experience in a CPFR and/or Customer facing supply chain role
• Experience in the hardware market and with the complexity of an independent retailer model with various contacts across a number of different banners would be an asset
