about this team

The Inbound Logistics team is an integral part of the supply chain. We are responsible for the efficient on-time delivery of lululemon product and shipments. Our team supports merchants, planning, allocations, sourcing, production and our DCs coordinating domestic, cross border, and international shipments globally. We are passionate about great service with a smile.

The Planning & Forecasting Analyst is focused on lead-time management and communications; Performance analytics and forecasting presentation of all inbound goods into our global DCs; Supporting key initiatives and communications with internal and external partners. Partners include but are not limited

a day in the life

  • Strategize and support the Inbound lead-time related process to assure On-Time Performance success
  • Manager Inbound performance and forecast data analytics; dashboards maintenance/enhancement and reporting
  • Support Lead-time related process flow and cadence
  • Work closely with Merchandise Planning & Allocations (MP&A), as well as other internal and external stakeholders, to assure the inbound lead-times are managed
  • Support origin and destination optimization opportunities within assigned responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners on regular cadence to support key initiatives and roadmaps
  • Leads relationships with Merchants, Sourcing, LLO, Planning and Allocations
  • Support internal sourcing strategy and optimization opportunities
  • Support tool modifications and system(s) collaboration
qualifications
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent
  • 5+ years working experience within logistics data analytics (ideally in a retail environment) or logistics service provider
  • An understanding and practical knowledge of retail environment, transportation and DC operations
  • Ability to think "outside the box" and thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Clear communications skills
  • Strong problem-solving and collaborative skills. Ability to synthesize data into comprehensive reports
  • Excellent PC Skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Advance Power BI skills and knowledge
  • Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deliver results by critical deadlines
