Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calls to maintain client relationships and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions. If you have a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.
Essential Functions
MUST be fully bilingual in French and English.
Have full time availability between Monday to Sunday.
Consistently meet established program sales targets.
Identify and engage potential clients through conducting outbound calls.
Work in a fast paced environment and have the ability to adapt quickly.
Immediately and effectively provide exceptional customer service levels to accurately enter customer orders and answer customer questions and/or concerns.
Contact new and existing customers to promote products and services directly from our client's database.
Offer feedback to the program supervisor based on errors or improving results.
Maintain a positive and productive attitude.
Demonstrate initiative and work in a team environment.
Attend and actively participate in all required training programs
Apply basic computer skills and accurate data entry to accurately input, retrieve and access customer information.

Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making processes.
Prior customer service and sales experience is an asset
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
High school diploma or equivalent
Satisfactory criminal record check
