What you will do:
Revenue Generation
Proactive campaigns of products, solutions and services
Identify all sales opportunities for B&M and CNP
Generate leads through leveraging the existing SME merchant base
Identify association/partners opportunities leveraging the existing SME merchant base
cross sells/up sells of card services
Terminal sales and upgrades if required
Re-pricing of merchants to profitable level where applicable
Promote and sell additional add-value services offered by Global Payments and existing partners
Customer Service
24 hours SLA on voicemail, CSP, emails, etc.
Providing strong communication skills and excellent ability to adjust to merchant tone
Strong follow up for all setups, orders, account maintenance
Outbound sales focused targeting existing high/low value merchants utilizing the analytics and/or \xe2\x80\x9cCall-Out\xe2\x80\x9d lists to target specific merchants
Add value and loyalty programs within campaign parameters along with identifying potential account challenges and recommend solutions prior to escalation
Persuading existing targeted focused customers to maintain their relationship with Global Payments by offering value add solutions
Knowledge of the competition, their products and their pricing strategies
Customer Retention / Account Maintenance
Handle all retention issues using strong negotiation skills to maintain the merchant at a threshold of 40 BPS
Maintain a 60% save ratio
Add locations setups
Equipment setups
Account changes
New merchant location setups
Integrated POS Setups
Third party/ESA integrated setups
What we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for:
High school diploma
Proven outbound phone sales and customer service experience
Bilingual English/French
Must be a highly organized, focused individual who excels in relationship selling
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to follow direction and excel with minimum supervision
Ability to understand and implement complex pricing strategies
Strong relationship and consultative sales approach required
Professional, self-starter and highly motivated
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Previous experience in the payment processing industry, and/or B2B Sales is valued
