As a Chit Chats Branch Floater, you deliver a delightful experience to clients in our branches. You are the first line of defense for compliance adherence, and always do your best to ensure shipments comply with customs laws - our business depends on it! Your process and sort shipments meticulously and are highly proficient in navigating our platform. You are always looking for more efficient, cost-effective ways of getting things done while keeping in line with our strategic anchors and values.


You build rapport with clients and teammates alike. You show up on time, dress to work and get the job done because you know clients and teammates rely on you. You take pride in and maintain a clean and tidy branch. You will also assist the fulfillment department when needed with picking and packing orders, receiving and sorting inventory.


You work primarily out of our Montreal Hub (Saint-Laurent) location but are available to work out of our various locations in Montreal QC as required.



Responsibilities to Clients



Greet customers while representing Chit Chats' brand and values. Interacts and develops a positive rapport with customers and represents the company in a professional manner while taking every opportunity to build our business. Responsible for the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the branch Some receptions and administrative duties and the ability to handle all customer inquiries via telephone, email and face to face. Offer consultative service, answer questions and make product and service recommendations. Process shipments meticulously including scanning, sorting and loading onto skids. Perform fulfillment tasks as needed (picking, packing, shipping, charging etc.). Responsible to ensure full compliance with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures Take inventory and place orders for supplies. Maintain incoming and outgoing client returns.

Responsibilities to Team



Help assist the branches and warehouse and fulfillment operations when they are short staff. Responsible to ensure full compliance with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures Open and close branches when needed. Follow company policies and procedures to a T. Follow compliance procedures. Contribute to a log of escalations and provide summary reports to management. Help teammates to ensure effective and low-cost procedures. Maintain good communication between team members. Extra tasks or projects from time to time.

Vous commencez chaque journee en vous reunissant pour examiner les nouvelles communications, les flux de travail et les objectifs.



Vous aider les clients a trouver les bonnes solutions a leurs problemes d'expedition. Vous travaillez en etroite collaboration avec nos equipes de soutien a la clientele, de conformite et de retour lorsqu'il s'agit de resoudre les problemes des clients, et vous vous efforcez de depasser l'objectif quotidien qui vous a ete assigne pour rester au-dessus de votre tendance mensuelle. Vous allouez une partie de votre journee a mettre en valeur les produits et la signalisation pour ameliorer l'aspect visuel et la communication du magasin. Vous aiderez egalement le service d'execution, au besoin, a preparer et a emballer les commandes, a recevoir et a trier les stocks.



Et, a la fin de la journee, vous remettez un rapport de fin de journee, en soulignant les chiffres cles de la journee et en creant un plan d'action pour le jour suivant sur la base de votre plan hebdomadaire.



Responsabilites



Accueillir les clients tout en representant la marque et les valeurs de Chit Chats. Interagir avec les clients et developper une relation positive avec eux, representer l'entreprise avec professionnalisme et saisir toutes les occasions de developper notre activite. Etre responsable de la proprete, de la securite et de l'organisation du magasin. Assurer la reception et des taches administratives, et etre capable de repondre a toutes les demandes des clients par telephone, par courriel et en personne. Offrir un service de conseil, repondre aux questions et recommander des produits et services. Traiter les expeditions avec soin, y compris la numerisation, le tri et le chargement sur palettes. Effectuer les taches d'execution selon les besoins (preparation, emballage, expedition, facturation, etc.). Assurer le respect total de toutes les politiques et procedures de securite et de gestion des risques de l'entreprise. Effectuer l'inventaire et passer les commandes de fournitures. Gerer les retours clients entrants et sortants.

Responsabilites envers l'equipe



Aider les succursales, l'entrepot et les operations de traitement des commandes en cas de penurie de personnel. Assurer le respect total de toutes les politiques et procedures de securite et de gestion des risques de l'entreprise. Ouvrir et fermer les succursales au besoin. Suivre scrupuleusement les politiques et procedures de l'entreprise. Suivre les procedures de conformite. Contribuer a un registre des escalades et fournir des rapports de synthese a la direction. Aider les coequipiers a garantir des procedures efficaces et peu couteuses. Maintenir une bonne communication entre les membres de l'equipe. Taches ou projets supplementaires ponctuellement.

Qualifications

Must be available to work for current branch hours Monday - Friday 10 a.m. - 6pm. Must be able to commute to all our Montreal branches for coverage when needed. Two (2) years of retail experience. Experience with income statements desired. Strong computer skills, including expertise with Google documents and Microsoft Office. Willing to accept full responsibility for branch operations. Ability to stand for long periods of time. They are sometimes required to lift heavy loads. Ability to multitask with attention to detail and stay positive. Must be proactive and happy to help our logistics process run smoothly, stepping in when necessary to help. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Possess a passion for serving people, exceeding expectations and doing the right thing for customers. Trustworthy, organized, reliable and has a positive attitude
