Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Bilingual Banking Associate. The position involves supporting commercial banking operations through comprehensive credit review processes, ensuring accurate data analysis and effective communication across teams. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable exposure to commercial banking procedures, financial statement analysis, and risk assessment in a dynamic environment.
Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60/hr - $27.28/hr
Responsibilities:

• Conduct annual credit reviews of targeted Commercial Banking borrowers.
• Review and analyze financial statements with high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather required data and ensure accuracy.
• Support internal reporting and documentation processes.
• Manage multiple files and deadlines efficiently in a high-volume environment.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal partners regarding credit assessments.
• Maintain compliance with lending policies, procedures, and risk rating guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as scheduled.

Desired Skill-Set:

• Bilingual fluency in reading and writing in English and French.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret financial statements.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong attention to detail and high data input accuracy.
• Independent work habits with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication skills with internal teams.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

Nice to Have:

• Background in finance and accounting.
• Previous banking or credit review experience.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
