Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Bilingual Banking Associate - Back Office. This position involves supporting back-office banking operations, including account review, data management, and providing a seamless experience for clients. Responsibilities

• Conduct account reviews to identify discrepancies or missing information, following established procedures.
• Update and maintain customer account data accurately across multiple systems.
• Document all customer interactions clearly and in compliance with company policies.
• Support back-office operations by triaging files and managing inbox support, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Assist in verifying customer information and supporting account maintenance activities.
• Maintain adherence to compliance standards and internal processes in all interactions.

Desired Skill-Set

• Fully bilingual in French and English.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.

Nice to Have

• At least 1 year of banking or financial services experience.
• Additional bilingual skills in Mandarin, Punjabi, Hindi, Cantonese, or Spanish.
