PMI Alliance Group Inc. is a rapidly growing risk management and third-party administrator specializing in automotive warranty programs across North America.
, you will leverage your mechanical expertise to assess and process warranty claims for vehicle service contracts. You'll collaborate with customers, service advisors, and repair facilities to ensure timely, fair, and compliant outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and adjudicate automotive warranty claims in accordance with company policies, coverage terms, and industry standards.
Communicate clearly
in English and French
with customers, service advisors, and mechanics to obtain information and clarify claim details.
Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving claims efficiently and professionally.
Apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills to negotiate fair resolutions and address disputes.
Document decisions accurately in claim systems and uphold quality, compliance, and turnaround time targets.
Qualifications (Must-Have)
Bilingual (English/French) -- oral and written -- is mandatory.
Certificate of Qualification in Automotive Service/Mechanical
or
equivalent experience as an Automotive Technician or Service Advisor.
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; customer-centric mindset.
Proven negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
Solid computer literacy and comfort with claim/CRM software (training provided on internal systems).
Nice to Have
Prior experience in claims adjudication (automotive, warranty, or insurance) is an asset.
