One of our major banking clients is looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Finance experience)
Length: 12 months contract with a possibility of extension
Location: GTA, ON - Hybrid
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
ROLE MANDATE:
Deliver administrative support (remote or on-site) to new experienced advisors. You will specialize in the areas of documentation, client account opening & account transfer processes. Collaborate with branch leadership and internal business partners to resolve issues efficiently and effectively in accordance with Bank and industry standards. Act as a subject matter expert to the team. Support bank\'s Private Wealth initiatives including technology, process & regulatory changes. Recommend and provide process improvements that increase productivity and create capacity. Act as a point of escalation for junior staff, where applicable. Must have the ability & willingness to travel within Canada(coast-to-coast) up to 100% of the work week or some weekends. Must be fluent in French.
