Salary: Starting at $47,500+

Responsibilities

- Answering and resolving calls from merchants
- Troubleshooting technical problems to determine the root cause and provide viable solutions
- Analyze transactions deposits, statements, and account information in order to resolve client issues
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge surrounding new products, features, services, and processes
- Escalations where appropriate
- Liaising with other areas of the organization to provide timely resolutions

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- High school diploma equivalent
- Post-secondary education is considered an asset
- Excellent verbal and written French and English communication skills
- Self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and performs well in a team environment
- Knowledge of MS Office, basic internet troubleshooting skills
- Ability to navigate between different applications/tools
- Knowledge of payment processing industry and related products/procedures
- High school diploma equivalent
- Post-secondary education is considered an asset
