Role: Bilingual Account Receivable Specialist

Fully in office 100 % (Mississauga )
Hours : 8:30am- 4:30pm- Monday to Friday
$24hr -27hr rate
Temp to perm- 3 months
Hours: 8am-4:30pm

Once the candidate goes perm
2 weeks\' vacation,

There is growth here into underwriting or a senior AE role there is movement, but it is more of a family feel office. They work with transport companies.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Initially review and approve all Schedules of Accounts
• Ensure completion of all verbal and written invoice verifications as required by Riviera policies.
• Maintain effective and direct debtor communication, independent of client support or information.
• Accountable for all invoice status calls and collection calls on delinquent accounts as needed.
• Identification & resolution of customer disputes and pending chargebacks, structuring of special payment arrangements (subject to managerial approval) and delinquency management.
• Monitor and maintain both client and debtor A/R balances to remain within approved limits.
• Also will translate documents and calls for the sales team
• Most of the position is in French dealing with their French clients

Must Haves:

• English and French written and verbal
• 1 year of AR and/or Collections experience
• Would look at someone with only Finance education but must have 1 yr of client

management experience

• Must be able to multi-task and be very organized
• Team player but can work independently
• Multi task and can manage pressure
