Play It Again Sports (Kelowna) is looking for a full-time

Experienced Bicycle Mechanic

. Part-time or flexible hours would be considered for the right applicant with significant experience.

We are a locally-owned and operated Sporting Goods Store specializing in both Used and New gear. We believe in helping the environment by extending the life of used gear.

About You

Have a minimum of 2-3 years experience as a bike/ski tech Can repair and tune - road bikes, hybrid, mountain and full suspension bikes Knowledge of the latest bike equipment and technologies such as e-bikes Completed a certification/training as a bicycle mechanic (preferred), or willing to enroll and complete a course provide exceptional customer service take pride in your work and positive attitude want to work in a supportive and fun team environment.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on bikes and skis Diagnose mechanical issues and provide effective solutions to ensure optimal performance. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on repairs and equipment. Manage time efficiently to meet service deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Keep work areas organized and adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
