We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support on all things BIKE, including rentals/sales.
You will assist in various capacities making drinks, ice-cream, cash-handling and ensuring that customers have a positive experience while adhering to food safety standards. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle transactions accurately will be essential to your success in this position.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries regarding products and services.
Process customer orders efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with food safety regulations.
Provide information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to help customers make informed choices.
Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, seeking solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Skills
Previous experience in the food service industry is an asset.
Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
A passion and knowledge for bikes and biking products beneficial.
Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling procedures.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing and change handling.
Familiarity with Lightspeed POS systems is a plus, but training will be provided.
A friendly demeanor with strong communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
