Description:
North America role focused on data integration and implementation of BI solutions to drive improved decision-making process. Focus customer and portfolio insights to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments. Execute effective project management control activities including scope change control, issue resolution, risk management, and status reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 BI Development:
\xc2\xb7 Using best practices, manage the implementation of data migration and integration projects
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with stakeholders and end users, provide recommendations to optimize business processes
\xc2\xb7 Lead delivery of key projects and build strong relationships with stakeholders
\xc2\xb7 Capture and document development requests
\xc2\xb7 Provide expert/analytical support throughout development process
\xc2\xb7 Support ad hoc requests
Support:
\xc2\xb7 Oversee daily sales data load process and resolve any issues to ensure accuracy and reliability of all data in BI Tools
\xc2\xb7 Monitor day-to-day operational activities and work with vendor resources to resolve issues
\xc2\xb7 Support the business in managing data integrity through validation processes
\xc2\xb7 Partner with key business stakeholders to ensure that data analytics strategies and objectives are aligned to business goals
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with end-users to analyze and collect requirements for various data and reporting needs
\xc2\xb7 Support roll-out of new reporting initiatives
\xc2\xb7 Ensure system training materials are up to date
People Leadership:
\xc2\xb7 Communicate regularly with leadership and business teams
\xc2\xb7 Ability to manage, educate and grow team members
\xc2\xb7 Prioritize simultaneous requests to deliver projects on time
