To exceed guest expectations by providing efficient, courteous, and accurate food and beverage service in a timely manner across various service locations, including the West Coast Cafe, beverage cart, and outdoor kiosk.
RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:
Provide outstanding food and beverage service to members and guests in all designated service areas (Cafe, beverage cart, kiosk).
Ensure all setup, restocking, and closing duties are performed according to established standards and daily checklists.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, carts, and kiosks.
Safely handle cash, process payments accurately using POS systems, and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
Follow all provincial liquor laws and club policies regarding the sale and service of alcohol.
Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and report concerns to a supervisor when necessary.
Restock beverages, snacks, and supplies throughout the shift to ensure availability.
Uphold and promote high standards of guest service, food safety, and hygiene.
Communicate clearly with kitchen, bar, and supervisory staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Perform other duties as assigned by Food & Beverage management.

Must be available for flexible scheduling including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Able to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Must be self-motivated and capable of working unsupervised during shifts.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Strong customer service and communication abilities.
Time management and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to evaluate guest needs and act quickly.
Fluent in English (oral and written).
Knowledge of food and beverage operations and basic service etiquette.
Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
Knowledge of responsible alcohol service regulations.

Must be punctual and meet shift deadlines.
Efficiently manage time in solo-service situations (e.g., beverage cart route or kiosk operation).
