Job Summary

The Beverage Cart Attendant and Banquet Bartender plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while serving beverages and light snacks to guests in a friendly and efficient manner. This position requires a strong focus on food safety, sanitation, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and be skilled in upselling products to enhance the guest experience.

Duties

Serve beverages and light snacks to guests on the course or designated area while ensuring timely delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart, adhering to sanitation standards. Operate POS systems for processing transactions accurately. Engage with customers, providing excellent service and upselling additional items to enhance their experience. Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling and basic math calculations. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Assist with food preparation as needed, demonstrating culinary experience when applicable. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure availability of items on the beverage cart. Provide support in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas when necessary.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, particularly in quick service or fast food environments. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Familiarity with POS systems Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry. Ability to manage time efficiently while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. Culinary experience is an asset but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. We are looking for someone who has open availability day and night Monday through Sunday.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.85 per hour
