Job Requirements
Experience in the adjudication and processing of health claims
Excellent organizational skills
Good working knowledge of the ISeries systems
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel
High degree of initiative
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Availability and willingness to work overtime as required
Willingness to be involved with continuing education as required
Job Duties
Adjudicate and process health and dental claims for assigned plans
Understand and apply the terms of benefit plans
Communication (written and verbal) with plan beneficiaries and service organizations, regional offices and local unions
Provide reception/telephone coverage as needed
Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as required/assigned
