PACE is growing and looking to hire a
Benefits Administrator
to support our consulting team in the day-to-day handling of group benefits and retirement plans. If you're great with plan documents, love accurate data, and enjoy solving problems from behind the scenes--this role was made for you.
What You'll Be Doing
Prepare renewal packages, marketing submissions, and benefit summaries
Track and update client plan data, employee changes, and enrolments
Handle inbound questions from clients and carriers
Maintain compliance with documentation best practices
Use our CRM to manage client workflows
Support proposals and client presentations with organized materials
Handle additional administrative responsibilities as assigned
What You Bring to the Role
2+ years of experience in benefits administration, TPA, or carrier work
Strong document management and data organization skills
Excellent communicator--both in writing and in person
Proficient in MS Office
A driver's license and access to a vehicle (required)
Nice to have
Industry certifications (GBA, CEBS, LLQP, RPA, PPAC) are a plus
