Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to address behavioral challenges
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients
- Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure treatment goals are met
- Communicate regularly with BCBA, to provide updates.
Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or related field
- Previous experience working with individuals with behavioral disorders or developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
- Familiarity with data collection methods and behavior tracking software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
