dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Technicians

to join our multidisciplinary team and help deliver high-quality, individualized support across New Brunswick.

As a

Behaviour Technician

, you'll play a vital role in bringing personalized treatment plans (PTPs) to life -- directly supporting clients, collaborating with clinical professionals, and contributing to a positive, inclusive environment where progress is possible.

What You'll Do



Client Support & Service Delivery



Implement individualized behavioural programs and PTPs as directed by the Behaviour Clinician or Senior Behaviour Clinician. Track and record client data accurately to monitor progress and adapt interventions as needed. Ensure proper organization and management of client data in compliance with CFS's Sync protocol and documentation standards.

Team Collaboration & Professional Development



Participate in monthly group supervision and weekly clinical team meetings to review cases, discuss strategies, and learn from peers. Engage in one-on-one supervision with a Clinical Supervisor for tailored guidance and skill development. Maintain thorough session notes to document interventions, client responses, and updates to treatment plans.

Compliance & Safety



Follow all standards outlined by the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and maintain RBT-level professional conduct. Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for both clients and team members. Report any concerns, including suspected abuse or safety risks, to the appropriate authorities without delay.

What We're Looking For



Required Qualifications:



Clear criminal record check, vulnerable sector check, and social development check. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to homes, schools, and community settings across New Brunswick. Flexibility to adjust working hours to meet client and team needs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, email, and cloud-based systems. Dedication to maintaining confidentiality, ethical practice, and professional standards. Fluent in written and spoken French and English.

Assets (Nice to Have):



Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a related field. Empathy, compassion, and a deep understanding of diverse client needs. Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach. Organizational skills to manage multiple cases and documentation requirements.

Additional Requirements:



Valid Class 5 Driver's License Clear and Current Driver's Abstract Valid vehicle registration and insurance (minimum $1,000,000 liability)
