About the Role:



As a Behaviour Technician, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, individualized care under the guidance of a Behaviour Clinician or Senior Behaviour Clinician. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team that implements Personalized Treatment Plans (PTPs), monitors client progress, and ensures the highest standards of care and safety are maintained. Your work will contribute to real, measurable progress in the lives of children, youth, and adults across New Brunswick.

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver individualized behavioural interventions as outlined in clients' Personalized Treatment Plans. Accurately collect and record data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed. Participate actively in supervision sessions, clinical meetings, and ongoing training. Maintain thorough, accurate session notes and documentation. Ensure compliance with professional standards, organizational policies, and safety protocols. Maintain client confidentiality and uphold ethical standards at all times.

What We're Looking For:



Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in related fields (an asset). Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting individuals and families. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Willingness to adjust work hours to meet client needs. Commitment to professional development and continuous learning. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, email, and cloud-based systems. Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout New Brunswick to various client locations (homes, schools, community settings).

Mandatory Requirements:



Clear criminal record check, vulnerable sector check, and social development check. Valid Class 5 Driver's License, current Driver's Abstract. Valid vehicle registration and insurance (minimum $1,000,000 liability coverage). Fluent in spoken and written French. Fluent in spoken and written English.
