Overview

Touch Brain Counselling is a psychotherapy and neurofeedback clinic dedicated to supporting children and families with autism, ADHD, and developmental challenges. Our team provides compassionate, evidence-based interventions to help children reach their full potential.
We are seeking a Part-Time

Behavior Interventionist/Play Therapy Assistant

to join our team. The ideal candidate is patient, caring, and motivated to work with children in implementing individualized behavior support plans.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized behaviour programs focused on language development, cognitive skills, following instructions and schedules, and social skills Actively engage in play-based learning activities Collect and record session data accurately

Skills

Fluent in English Experience working with children, particularly those with special needs or behavioral challenges. Post secondary education in a related area of study such as: Disability and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Special Education, Child & Youth Care, Early Childhood Education, Psychology or Social Work Strong data collection skills for tracking progress and evaluating interventions. Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging behaviors with empathy and understanding. Reliable, enthusiastic, and creative approach to working with children
