Hiring independent contractor to work as Behavioural Interventionist with a learner with autism spectrum disorder in Vancouver.

Job description
We are looking for a Behaviour Interventionist to join an early intervention team.

(1) Vancouver team: Near 25th and Victoria
Looking for 2 days a week on either Mon, Wed, or Thurs between 330-530p

(2) Vancouver team: Near 49th and Frontenac Street
Looking for 2 days a week during the weekday between 330-530p

(3) Vancouver team: Near Waverly Elementary School
Looking for 5 days a week between 330-530p or flexible weekends

Behavioural Interventionist Expectations:

Implementing goals outlined in the intervention plan Tracking progress on goals through ongoing data collection The ideal candidate is fun, creative, energetic, and able to think on their feet Openness and willingness to learn Take direction and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment Reliable
Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements

Fluent in English Experience working with young children Applicants in Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, and Speech & Language Pathology are encouraged to apply You're 19 years of age or older (and can work legally in Canada). Clear criminal record check completed within the last 12 months You're a team player Prior experience in ABA preferred, but not necessary Willing to complete CRC or send one completed within the past 2 years

Wage
Behaviour Interventionist: $18 - $30/hr
