Seeking Behaviour Interventionist (BI) to work with and support autistic children and youth as well as folks with developmental disorders.

Salish Sea Behaviour Consulting is a behaviour consulting firm based out of Nanaimo, British Columbia. Our organisation provides clinical therapy/individualized support services to children and youth, as well as additional advocacy and support for neurodivergent families. Our founder is an active and passionate disability support and inclusion advocate.

The Position:

Our Behaviour interventionists work with children in our clinic, in the community and in families' homes. This is a blended position with time spent doing all three. Training is ongoing and comprehensive.

You have experience working with children and youth You demonstrate passion and care about our industry You match our values and fit in with our fun-loving, passionate, and child-centred team You have a good capacity for both patience and play Formal education or direct behaviour intervention experience is an asset but not a requirement You are available to work in homes offering 1-1 support between the hours of 3-5.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
