We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated

Behaviour Interventionist (BI)

to join our growing team at our centre. This role involves working directly with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a supportive, collaborative, and play-based clinical environment.

The successful applicant must be willing to learn new teaching methods, enjoy working with children, be dependable, and be excited about helping children reach their full potential.

Duties:

-Willingness to conduct sessions in the child's home, daycare, or preschool as appropriate based on the child's goals and schedule.
- Provide behavioral support and intervention to individuals with neurodiversities under the supervision of a BCBA
- Implement behaviour support plans
- Assist in the implementation of individualized therapy goals
- Collect data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as therapists, speech and language pathologists (SLP) and occupational therapists (OT)

Qualifications:

Experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities preferred Relevant education in psychology, behaviour analysis, education, or a related field is an asset Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills Reliable, professional, and eager to learn Must be able to pass a criminal record check and provide references
