Are you passionate about helping children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) unlock their full potential? Wonder & Grow Learning Center in Langley is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in providing invaluable support to young children during 1:1 intervention sessions.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Collaborate with a team to assist children in their homes.

- Focus on essential areas such as communication, play skills, behavior management, and emotional regulation.

- Receive continuous training and guidance from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Who We're Looking For:

- Preferred candidates have experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and children under the age of 6.

- Availability to work part-time on weekdays, either in the morning or afternoon (2-8 hours per week).

- Energetic, enthusiastic, encouraging, and friendly individuals who are comfortable and creative when interacting with children.

- A background in related fields like psychology, education, or speech and language pathology is a valuable asset.

- Previous experience working with children and/or children with autism.

- Minimum age requirement: 19 years.

- A clean criminal record check is necessary.

Compensation

:

- Hourly rate: $20-$30 dependent on experience.

- Part-time position with flexible hours, determined based on scheduling and availability.

- Work location: In person at Wonder & Grow Learning Center.
