We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic behaviour interventionist (BI) with experience working with
young children
and
some knowledge of ABA
to run home-based ABA sessions.
Training will be provided by a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).
The sessions will be a combination of play-based and DTT, and some of the learners' goals are language, cognitive skills, following instructions and schedules, and social skills.
As a BI, you will play a crucial role in our team, responsible for implementing individualized behavioural plans, recording data, participating in scheduled team meetings, and collaborating with other team members and professionals. Your creativity and active participation will be highly valued and integral to the success of our sessions.
Location: Coquitlam, BC
Days: 3 morning sessions per week (flexible on days)
Requirements:
At least 19 years of age
Clear criminal record check
Two references confirming reliability and fit for this work
Minimum 1 year experience (e.g., working in a school, as a BI, or as a tutor)
Willingness to learn and follow behaviour support plans
Fluent in English
