Job Overview
RealWorldABA is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Behaviour Consultant to join our team. As a Behaviour Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing in-home and treatment center therapy to children with special needs. You will collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to implement individualized ABA therapy programs and contribute to the growth and development of each child by implementing individualized behavior intervention programs, working directly with clients and providing support to Behavior Interventionists. You'll also assist in the development and improvement of programming materials, track and analyze client data, and contribute to the overall success of our clients and their families
Responsibilities
Client Care & Program Implementation:
Implement intervention programs, protocols, and behavior support plans developed by the Clinical Supervisor.
Provide direct therapy services to clients, ensuring safety, well-being, and engagement in therapeutic activities.
Assist the Behavior Interventionist with daily living activities and community outings while implementing appropriate strategies.
Training & Mentorship of Behavior Interventionists:
Deliver direct training to Behavior Interventionists on the correct implementation of behavior intervention programs and protocols.
Model, coach, and mentor Behavior Interventionists and frontline staff to ensure consistency and high-quality care.
Program Support & Data Management:
Use allocated indirect time to create programming materials and resources as directed by the Clinical Supervisor.
Track and analyze data from therapy sessions to assess trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
Other Responsibilities:
Willingness to training the 40 hour RBT online training
Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in client interactions and documentation.
Adhere to company policies and health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Behavior Consultant or similar role in the field of behavioral therapy.
Strong knowledge of behavior intervention programs, data analysis, and program implementation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and train others.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A valid background check and ability to adhere to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
