Pay Rate (per Collective Agreement, includes wage grants):
RECE:
$27.72/hr
Non-RECE:
$25.18/hr

Who We're Looking For
Qualifications:
Minimum
1-year experience
working directly with children or in a childcare setting is preferred but not required.
Diploma in
Early Childhood Education (ECE)
or equivalent (e.g., Child & Youth Worker, Child and Youth Care, OCT, Recreation & Leisure diploma).
Certifications:
Standard First Aid with CPR Level C
Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Check
Proof of
up-to-date immunizations
(TB, Tetanus, MMR)
Skills & Knowledge:
Familiarity with

child development
and age-appropriate activities.
