Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and purchases. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Engage in upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively assist customers. Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Stay updated on technology sales trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Proficiency in operating POS systems and handling cash transactions. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the store's schedule. A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
