Position Overview:

As an associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their selections, stocking shelves, and contributing to the store's overall sales goals. Your knowledge and passion for beer, along with your commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience, will make you a key member of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Provide knowledgeable advice on beer selection, including craft, imported, and domestic options.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked beer market area.
- Receive, unpack, and stock deliveries promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the store manager.
- Maintain product displays, promotional setups, and signage.
- Handle transactions at the register, ensuring accurate cash handling and processing.
- Assist in the planning and execution of in-store events and promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Previous retail experience.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
