The Montreal Beauty Sale is looking for Beauty Advisors.

Your challenge:

As a beauty advisor, you will need to be able to meet the needs of the clients. Using your knowledge of the Beauty world and resources to create the best shopping experience for our clients.

Main tasks:

*To convey the correct information to clients regarding: cosmetics, fragrances, haircare, skin care, sun care and men's care;

*Welcoming customers in a warm, enthusiastic and courteous manner;

*Listening and understanding to provide assistance and advice to clients all over the sales floor;

*Ensure a satisfactory and beautiful shopping experience for our clients;

*Work with the merchandising team to promote clean, clear and effective presentation and product availability;

*Participate in the promotion of our targeted products in collaboration with all Private Sale teams;

*Participate in meetings and give feedback for continuous improvement of the event;

*Ensure that the customer experience includes all necessary tools and information (testers, pricing, professional tips, etc);

*Participate in the multiple trainings offered throughout the sale to increase your knowledge in the various products sold;

*Perform other related duties.

Your profile:

• Experience in the field of sales is ideal;

• Knowledge and or experience with; cosmetics, fragrances, haircare, skin care, sun care and men's care is a must;

• Spoken languages: English;

• Able to work in a fast and dynamic environment;

• Willingness to learn more about products and techniques;

• Committed to providing the best possible client experience;

• Likes to work in a team.

Your strengths:

• Experience or good knowledge of either a) professional makeup, b) hairdressing or c) Skincare is essential;

• Autonomous and resourceful;

• Enthusiastic and motivated;

• Positive attitude and able to work in a team;

• Responsible, dynamic and punctual.
