Overview

O'Neill Auto Group is seeking a motivated, career-oriented individual for the position of BDC Manager at our flagship Nissan Dealership in Mount Pearl. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our services and enhancing client satisfaction.

Duties

As a BDC Manager, you report to the Service Director and will assist in all areas including but not limited to:

Booking Service appointments Submitting payroll forms for Service Department Perform outbound phone calls for customer retention Clearview complaints Manage loaner vehicles Booking vehicles with auto body shops Assist with SORs Greeting customers, building rapport and responding to service inquiries Maintaining through and accurate customer records and communication history Follow up on special ordered parts Advising customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers specifications Ensuring the customers complete satisfaction Adhering to warranty compliance when speaking to customers and booking appointment times for customers Ensuring proper follow up of all service inquires Participating in weekly department meetings Following up with previous and new customers to build and maintain rapport and relationships Ensuring customer service is top priority Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Proven experience in a scheduling or administrative role is preferred Proven experience in a management position Experience in a BDC role is considered an asset Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in managing appointments Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service Must hold a valid drivers license and clean abstract Must be able to provide a clear code of conduct

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
