BDC Appointment Coordinator

The Drive Ahead

Answer inbound phone calls to schedule service appointments across multiple dealership locations Make outbound calls to reconnect with customers and schedule follow-ups Coordinate appointment availability for various makes and models Accurately update and maintain customer and vehicle records in the system Support dealership campaigns, service promotions, and appointment reminders Escalate concerns as needed to ensure excellent customer experience Collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment

Performance Essentials

Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach Excellent attention to detail and time management Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment Proficient computer and data entry skills Friendly, professional, and team-oriented mindset Previous experience in a dealership or service appointment setting is an asset
