Our client is looking for a Bilingual Service Desk Support for a 6 months contract in New Brunswick. This position is working remotely but the candidate should be located in New Brunswick.

Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Service Desk Support, your duties will include but not be limited to:
Being responsible for responding to contacts from consumer and business customers for repair and troubleshooting assistance.
Being responsible to assist the customer in resolving issues.
Ensuring associated customer records and systems are updated.
Referring issues to technical support where appropriate.

Qualifications
Successful completion of a post-secondary certificate or diploma program in business administration, computer/Information technology, electrical/electronic engineering technology program or a university degree in business, engineering, science or computer science or other related field.
1-2 years related work experience in troubleshooting and resolution in a service desk environment.
Ability Requirements of the Position
Physical: Sitting for long periods of time, wearing a headset, working with a computer and using a 10-button telephone set, simultaneously.
Communications skills - verbal and written, Bilingual in French and English is required
Computer skills - Email: Outlook and MSN, Intranet/Internet, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
Customer service skills
Dealing with ambiguity
Troubleshooting and resolution skills

Nice to Haves:

Call center, help desk or service desk experience is an asset.
