Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled

Bathroom Renovator/Remodeler

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in bathroom renovations, including demolition, plumbing, tiling, carpentry, and fixture installation. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

Demolition & Preparation:

Remove old fixtures, flooring, and walls while ensuring structural integrity.

Plumbing & Electrical Work:

Install and modify pipes, drains, and electrical fixtures as needed (depending on licensing and qualifications).

Carpentry & Framing:

Build or modify walls, vanities, and other structures as required for the remodel.

Tile & Flooring Installation:

Lay tiles, grout, and install various flooring materials with precision.

Fixture Installation:

Install bathtubs, showers, sinks, toilets, and other bathroom accessories.

Drywall & Painting:

Repair or install drywall, apply waterproof coatings, and paint surfaces.

Customer Communication:

Work closely with clients to understand their vision and ensure satisfaction.

Safety & Compliance:

Follow building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

Clean-Up & Finishing Touches:

Ensure the job site is clean and complete finishing details to a high standard.

Requirements:

Proven experience in bathroom remodeling, construction, or a related trade. Proficiency in tiling, plumbing, carpentry, and general renovation tasks. Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Physical stamina to handle heavy materials and work in various conditions. Good communication skills and professionalism when interacting with clients. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. (Preferred) Relevant certifications or licenses in plumbing, electrical, or general contracting.

Pay: $32.00-$45.00 per hour
