Your Job
Batch Operators must be able to work in a team environment, operate, maintain, and improve Polymer pelletizing and flake transportation equipment, as well as packaging and storage facilities. The Batch Operator is responsible for uniformly pelletizing nylon polymer and delivering quality flake to the appropriate user destinations in a timely fashion. Duties include equipment shutdown, overhaul, cleaning, and start up as well as initiating maintenance notifications.

What You Will Do
- Safe operation of manufacturing equipment, including forklift trucks
- Operation of polymer pelletizing equipment, equipment shutdown, overhaul, cleaning, and start up...
- Maintain clean work environment.
- Work in a team environment to prioritize tasks and resolve problems.
- Perform general machine adjustments, minor repairs and replacement of parts; requiring the use of power and hand tools.
- Valid Class "G" License
- Physical condition and health compatible with duties of this role
- Previous capability of computer systems and applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SAP DCS,)
- Have experience troubleshooting production problems
- Experience with Forklift
