We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing and serving drinks, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and ensure responsible serving practices are followed. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of all guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service for all customers.

Qualifications

Proven experience in bartending or related hospitality roles is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and drink preparation calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your state) to serve alcohol. Must have SMART SERVER
