Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Manage cash handling accurately, including processing payments and maintaining a balanced cash register. Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of all patrons. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Stay informed about drink specials, menu changes, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

Experience

Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy shifts. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters positive guest interactions. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Knowledge of hospitality principles and food service practices is advantageous. Understanding of food safety standards and regulations related to alcohol service is beneficial.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

Evening shift Night shift On call Weekends as needed
