We're looking for a Bartender with interpersonal skills who enjoys meticulously executing recipes or proposing classic drinks, while taking good care of our guests. They're a bit of a foodie, so they're equally at ease discussing a new brand of beer or a fine wine. Professional and versatile, this person knows how to offer a service adapted to the needs of those who choose to sit at their bar.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Recommend, prepare and serve beverages and food to guests' taste, providing them with an excellent customer service experience. Ensure that bar supplies are optimized and comply with health and safety requirements. Ensure that the working environment and equipment are always clean and well organized. Comply with current laws and regulations regarding alcohol.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
High school diploma or equivalent experience 1 to 2 years' experience behind a bar Ability to work efficiently by multitasking Good physical condition: must be able to stand for several hours at a time and lift/carry loads up to 50 lb Knowledge of restaurant cash register systems (Micros System or equivalent) Smart Choice certification
