We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations, including proper food handling practices. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.

Skills

Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in restaurant or bar settings. Familiarity with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour
